Outlast Chevron Wool Blankets
The human body naturally sweats to cool the skin, reducing the ability of clothing, footwear and bedding to keep the body dry and comfortable. Outlast® technology, conversely, will keep individuals comfortable by absorbing body heat when too much is created, thereby diminishing the amount of moisture.
If you are suffering from hot flashes, night sweats or currently pregnant and it has changed your heat levels. Maybe your new memory foam or pillow top mattress set is making you feel too warm. N.A.S.A. Developed Outlast Mattress Pad material will change your life. Only by staying cool can you sleep deeper. The Outlast Mattress Pad technology in the products below will do just that! In addition, if you get too cold the material stores your body heat and will release it back to you, warming you when you need it. Staying balanced is the key to a better nights sleep that is where the Outlast Mattress Pad comes in.

*Products carrying the Silver Comfort Rating do not offer the same heat and moisture management capabilities as our Gold level core bedding products. This is due to the fact that an Outlast® viscose fiber is used as opposed to a fabric coated with substantially more Outlast® technology found in our Gold level products. As a result this blanket should be purchased as a supplement to our Gold level core bedding products, not a replacement.
According to the Better Sleep Council, temperature is one of the top four factors- among mattress comfort, light and noise level- that contribute to a good night's sleep. A sleep environment that is too warm or too cool can disrupt comfortable sleep. While you're tossing and turning you're depriving yourself of valuable sleep. People typically set their room temperatures low at night then climb into bed and layer with covers. Heat radiating from the body is trapped beneath the covers and can prevent your body from cooling down, making it difficult to fall asleep. The heat-absorbing Thermocules™ in Outlast® bedding continually absorb, store and release excess body heat to keep the temperature and humidity within your bed in the optimum range for restful sleep. By eliminating temperature swings throughout the night, you are less likely to wake up from chills or overheating. The result is a deeper more result sleep.
